Shooting Stars is a British comedy panel game show that first aired as a pilot on BBC Two in 1993. It went on to run for three full series from 1995 to 1997, before moving to BBC Choice in 2002 for two series, and later returning to BBC Two for another three series from 2008 until its cancellation in 2011. Created and hosted by the double act Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer, the show followed a panel format - but with their trademark surreal, slapstick, and anarchic humour. Rules were often ignored, bent, or invented on the spot, creating a chaotic and unpredictable atmosphere that became its signature charm.
