Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@revolutionape.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase may be required

Please note that as many of our products are made to order, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Contact your bank, as processing times may apply

If you’ve completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@revolutionape.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@revolutionape.com with your order details and photographs of the issue where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
