If they fail, Ted faces being shipped off to military school in Alaska. Luckily, help arrives in the form of a time machine, courtesy of a traveler named Rufus. With it, they journey through history, collecting famous figures like Billy the Kid, Napoleon, Socrates, Joan of Arc, Genghis Khan, and more. However, things take a turn for the worse when their historical guests end up in jail. Now, Bill and Ted must pull off a daring rescue to save their report — and their future.
